Birthdays

• 1. How can I reserve a birthday party?
  You can easily reserve a birthday online through our website under Birthdays where you can see all packages in detail and check live availability. If no party is available online all party tables are already booked.
• 2. What time slots are available?
  On weekdays outside school holidays and public holidays available slots are 2.00 PM to 6.00 PM. Arrival until 4.00 PM is fine without losing the reservation.
  On weekends school holidays and public holidays the available options are 10.00 AM to 2.00 PM or 3.00 PM to 7.00 PM. Other time slots are not possible.
• 3. Is there a waiting list?
  No. When a booking is cancelled it will immediately become available online. You can keep an eye on the website and book as soon as a spot opens..
• 4. Changing the number of children?
  It is recommended to enter the maximum expected number of children when booking so we can prepare correctly. If the actual number changes between 6 and 14 adjustments can be made later. You pay on site only for the actual number of children minimum 6. Please inform us by email or chat ideally 24 hours before.
• 5. Number of accompanying adults?
  The booking includes two adults free of charge. Additional adults can be added on the day up to a maximum of 6 extra adults. A total of more than 8 adults per Monkey Party is not possible.
• 6. Can I change the date or time of my reservation?
  Yes if the desired date or time is still available. Send your Booking ID and preferred new date by email contact form or chat.
• 7. Can I bring my own cake?
  Yes you may bring a cake or muffins without candles. Fruit and vegetables are also welcome. Other food and drinks are not allowed. We provide plates and cutlery. There is no option to refrigerate cakes.
• 8. Can I put candles on the birthday cake?
  No. Due to fire regulations candles or any open flames are not allowed.
• 9. Can I bring my own table decoration?
  Tables are decorated in Monkey Town style. You may bring your own paper plates and napkins and set the table yourself up to 10 minutes before the reservation if you inform us by email or contact form.
  Paper cups are not allowed since only Monkey Town cups can be used for refills.
  Party items (balloons, confetti streamers, pinatas) and candles are not allowed.
• 10. Can I bring confetti or balloons?
  No party items including balloons confetti streamers pinatas and candles are not permitted.
• 11. Do I need to count the birthday child?
  Yes all children including the birthday child must be counted and paid. The birthday child receives a gift bag.
• 12. What are the gift bags
  The giveaways include a magnet a keychain or a slap band with Monkey Town design. Gift bags contain small toys and the contents vary.

  Flexible usage not time bound and not personalised. You can use it for 10 visits with 1 child or 1 visit with 10 children.

Food and drinks

• 1. Can I bring my own food and drinks?
  Fruit vegetables and baby food may be brought. Other food and drinks are not permitted. Baby food can be heated in the microwave on site.
• 2. Is the food halal?
  No the food is not halal!

Other

• 1. What age is Monkey Town suitable for?
  There is no strict age limit general recommendation up to 12 years. Children from 4 years can play independently. Younger children have a separate toddler area up to age 4. Children between 1 and 2 years receive a reduced rate. All children under 17 must be accompanied by an adult.
• 2. Is the ticket valid for the whole day?
  Yes tickets are valid all day. If you plan to leave and return please inform a staff member.
• 3. Can my children stay alone while I leave?
  No an adult must always be present.
• 4. Is there a special area or price for toddlers?
  Yes toddlers have a protected play area up to 4 years. Children 1 to 2 years have a reduced rate.s.
• 5. Can I book in advance?
  No advance booking of tickets or tables is not possible except via a Monkey Party. Tickets are available onsite only.
• 6. Can I pay by debit or credit card?
  Yes you can pay by debit card credit card or cash for entry and food.
• 7. Are socks required?
  Yes socks are mandatory for children at all times. Grip socks or regular socks are both fine. Socks are available at the counter if needed.
• 8. Is there a baby changing area?
  Yes.
• 9. Is there an accessible toilet?
  Yes, there is a disabled toilet on site.
• 10. Can children with disabilities play at Monkey Town?
  Yes. Please supervise your child as needed.
• 11. Can I bring pets?
  No pets are not allowed except guide dogs.
• 12. Can I take photos or videos indoors?
  Yes but please respect the privacy of other guests and focus on your own children.
• 13. Is there air conditioning?
  No there is no air conditioning. Fresh air systems and fans are used yet high temperatures may still be noticeable.
• 14. Are there gluten free food options?
  Yes we offer gluten free fries cooked in a separate fryer. Bringing your own food and drinks is not permitted except fruit vegetables or baby food.
